2025 Highlights: A Year of Growth, Innovation & Partnership
Welcomes, Returns & Farewells
This year, we welcomed several new faces and welcomed back some familiar ones.
- Will Longstaff joined as Business Development Manager. Well known across the industrial supplies sector, Will brings a wealth of experience, a collaborative approach, and strong industry relationships. His arrival is part of our ongoing commitment to investing in talent and strengthening our partnerships with resellers like you.
- Ewelina Micherda and Lauren Hawthorne joined our team as Customer Service Advisors, enhancing our customer support for you and your customers.
- We were delighted to welcome back Kirsty Rogers (Sales Manager) and Lauren Brown (Senior Customer Service Advisor) following their maternity leave.
We also had to say heartfelt goodbyes:
- Julie Hammerton and Jacky Surry retired this year after many years of dedicated service.
A New Look, A Clear Mission
The wider IWS Group rebrand launched successfully, along with updated mission and values. This rebrand unites all companies within the group under a refreshed, instantly recognisable identity.

Product Innovation
This year saw several exciting additions to the Beaverswood® range:
- Projected Safety Signs – These LED projectors are the innovative new alternative to traditional painted or adhesive floor markings. They have zero maintenance, are highly visible, and can be moved or repositioned as layouts change. We’ve already had a lot of enquiries for these, so get in touch for more info!

Sustainability & Social Impact
- We joined Treefo, planting 50 trees every month as part of our environmental commitment.
- We adopted three beavers at Drusillas Park, supporting wildlife conservation and bringing the Beaverswood® spirit to life.
Major Manufacturing & Partnership Milestones
- Rack Armour® manufacturing was officially brought in-house at Beaverswood® HQ, improving quality control and stock availability for resellers.
- We announced a new partnership with leading wholesaler Exertis, expanding the reach and accessibility of Beaverswood® products.
