What is the Simpler Recycling legislation – and why does it matter to resellers such as RAJA?
Simpler Recycling is the new waste legislation being introduced in England from March 31st, 2025. This new legislation will reform waste and recycling collections for businesses, and eventually households. For most businesses, the biggest change will be that you can no longer use a general waste bin for all your waste, meaning you have to separate it. Businesses with 10 employees or more must separate glass, paper, metal, cardboard, plastic, and food waste. However, businesses with fewer than 10 employees have until March 31st, 2027 to comply.
This presents a prime opportunity for resellers to promote the racksack® range as a simple, compliant solution for their customers.
