Because of the range of sizes and weights of our products, we've tried to simplify the carriage structure on post items or items that need to be sent via courier. Some of our items are small but heavy, some are large but lightweight. We utilise the best carrier solution dependent on the item(s) size, weight, quantity and destination.

International delivery

We also offer international delivery on all of our products, so no matter where you are, you can receive your order.

Please note additional charges will apply based on weight, package dimensions, and destination. Local taxes and import duties may have to be paid on receipt of goods.

Returns

We want you to have a positive experience with Beaverswood®. However, sometimes you may need to return your goods.

For most products purchased from our online store, you can return the goods and receive a refund if you've ordered the wrong product or changed your mind within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product is still in a resalable condition.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
  • We will charge a handling fee of 12.5% of the price of the returned product, which will be deducted from your refund. If we refund you the price paid before we can inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
  • The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 3-5 days at one cost, but you choose the 24-hour delivery option at a higher cost, we will only refund the cost of the cheaper delivery option.
  • Where the product is a service, we may deduct from any refund an amount for the supply of the service for the period for which it was supplied, ending with the time when you told us you had changed your mind. The amount will be in proportion to what has been supplied, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
  • We highly recommend you return your items(s) via a tracked service. If a tracked service is not used then return postage is at your own cost/risk.
  • Returned goods must be in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. Where you've failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  • Please clearly state the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We're only able to exchange items for the same product.
  • In most circumstances, if a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we'll transfer the money using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase.
