Get Sorted with racksack®
In the hustle and bustle of warehouses and industrial workplaces, separating workplace waste can be a monumental task. Daily challenges include overflowing bins, misplaced waste, cardboard/packaging waste, and the endless battle to keep floors clear.
Beaverswood® has an ingenious solution that transforms daily waste management – meet racksack®.
racksack® is a waste separation system for industrial workspaces. It integrates into the existing infrastructure of warehouses, factories, and distribution centres, providing an effortless method to manage and separate waste materials. Whether it’s paper, plastics, cardboard, general waste, or more specific categories, racksack® offers a versatile solution that meets the diverse needs of any industrial setting.
A Simple, Effective Sorting Solution for Waste
So, what exactly is racksack®? It’s a robust, durable polyester sack – 1,000mm (H) x 920mm (W) – that attaches to racking and shelving systems via S hooks. It doesn’t require professional fitting, so it can be in operation on the same day as delivery.
When hung, it has an open ‘frog mouth’ to easily receive waste, yet its tapered design means it hardly encroaches on floor space. Three strong handles are woven into the edge of the sack, one on each side for carrying and one on the base, so it can be easily tilted from the base and emptied once full.
racksack® can handle various types of waste, with clear design options on the front to ensure proper segregation. It’s helped thousands of workplaces worldwide operate a simple and effective recycling system.
It’s so easy to use, making it a favourite among employees who need to quickly and easily dispose of waste.
Why racksack®?
Compliance with Recycling Legislation
One of the brilliant things about racksack® is how it helps workplaces stay on the right side of recycling laws. As waste management and recycling legislation gets tougher, it’s crucial to have a system that ensures recyclable materials are properly sorted.
racksack®’s clear symbol and text designs make it easy for employees to sort waste correctly, reducing the risk of non-compliance and potential fines.
Claim Back Your Floor Space
In industrial settings, floor space is gold dust. Traditional waste bins occupy significant floor space, often becoming obstacles in high-traffic areas. racksack®, however, uses otherwise wasted vertical space, attaching securely to warehouse racking and shelving systems, freeing up floor space.
This means it’s out of the way of your daily operations, keeping your workspace tidy and organised while your floors stay clear for the important stuff – like moving goods and getting the job done.
Cost-Savings
Implementing racksack® can lead to cost savings for businesses by freeing up valuable floor space. Not only this, but a well-organised waste separation system can enhance overall operational efficiency, leading to further financial benefits.
It also provides a re-usable option, eliminating the need (and cost) of black bin liners.
Supports Your CSR Goals
Your CSR initiatives are all about making a real difference, and racksack® nails it by reducing the need for disposable bin liners. Traditional bins often use single-use plastic liners, which isn’t great for the planet. But racksack®’s reusable and tough design slashes this plastic waste, fitting perfectly with your broader environmental goals and enhancing your reputation among environmentally conscious clients and partners.
